Honest Review: Was This Dish I Made Something That Could Make The Menu At Olive Garden?

I tend to make some of my best meals with little to nothing. And for some reason I feel I’ve made one of the best ones yet.

I seem to always find a way to get my hands on multi purpose gift cards every year, and decide to share them as intended; gifts.

I’m also someone that does plenty of cooking, and find myself making dishes I think could even beat Bobby Flay.

I made this one the other day and immediately thought to myself: “this looks like something that could make the menu for Olive Garden”

So I’m gonna make my case for why I believe that’s so.

Was This Dish I Made Something That Could Make The Menu At Olive Garden?

You don’t go into Olive Garden and expect to leave with a Cheeseburger or anything like that.

When I think of what they have to offer, it’s usually dishes that fall on the Italian side of things.

Mediterranean food and things alike.

I look at the ingredients that were added to make the dish, and it goes:

  • Traditional Spaghetti Noodles
  • Olive Oil
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Mediterranean Vegetables

Maybe it looks even fancier considering I put the final product on such a nice bowl:

Fiesta® Individual Pasta Bowl, 8.375″ (32oz) – Durable Ceramic, Lead-Safe, Dishwasher/Microwave/Oven Safe – Made in USA Dinnerware – White

That’s besides the point though. I look at the list it to make such a dish, and it doesn’t take much.

It was probably around 30 mins to make at best, and that was only to get the noodles finished.

Final Thoughts

What I appreciated most about this dish was how it looked to be honest.

The price was awesome too, considering it’s something that could be made daily for less than $20.

I’m the type of person that finds a meal they like and can have it every day if need be.

It’s practical and like I’m suggesting from the title, it’s of restaurant quality.

Of course I’m sharing an opinion, but if you feel different, I invite you to share a comment.

Maybe even share what you make that could rival my dish.
