If I believe in fate and destiny

Do you believe in fate/destiny?

I believe in fate and destiny, just not as much the hopeless optimist would. I can see where there’s things that align to create a great situation that needs to be taken action on—kind of similar to how the planets are aligning in a few hours for everybody on earth to see. Ultimately I believe that preparation provides the best chance at experiencing what’s destined for you.

The Difference Between Hopeless Optimism and a Valid Expectation For Success

The difference between hopeless optimism and valid expectations for success is physical effort.

That might not be the popular opinion, but faith without works is dead.

A majority of life is doing what you can to stay in positive moods, but there has to be work done if you reasonably expect the results you want.

That’s where I’m more on the side of. It’s creating your own luck.

If you believe that you can go through life without any resistance and steadily progress up the ranks, that’s insane!

Life has tests and challenges that it presents us to see if we can handle more at a higher level.

Did you know the planets are aligning tonight?

I got a notification from Bing about a rare phenomena happening this evening on Earth for the last day of Black History Month!

We’re supposed to be having the 6 other planets aligning to where we can see them all at once.

In a way I see it paralleling the message that I’m sharing now.

There’s plenty of fantasy stories and things alike that suggest when planets align, it becomes a sign that something is supposed to happen.

In other words it’s fate.

I parallel it to what I believe that really means when something great is supposed to happen for something:

when you put in the proper preparation practices to achieve a desired result, that should be each of the planets signing for that special thing to happen.

Let’s apply it to an athlete that’s training for a competition.

There’s a few factors that go into them feeling reasonably confident about performing well and even getting a win.

They likely put in more practices than their opponent. They probably got more workouts in. Maybe consulted with their team more too.

The point is that each of these factors you could think of were really the cause and functions as “the planets aligning” to have them connect with their destiny.

They didn’t just find out they have competition and hoped they were gonna win. They prepared and that was their fate.
