Adrian being my first name wasn’t a thought I’ve had come across my mind too much. But I have looked it up before. What I can share off the top of my head is that it’s a Latin name. And I was named because my parents were thirsty so they gave me a name before finding out my gender. They played it safe by keeping it unisex.
