Do you trust your instincts?
I absolutely do trust my instincts.
I’m one of the most confident people in my offline reality at the moment and for the right reasons too.
I can get even better though.
My problem at times is that I’ll let other people put their fears on me and sometimes I will second guess or doubt myself.
It’s still a blessing in disguise though because it maintains an optimism for the future.
It’s this growth mindset that makes this possible too by the way.

When Instincts Could Be Wrong
Instincts could be wrong if you are in a post traumatic state.
We can call them damaged goods with when you get older what feels natural goes against what you would think – it’s a trap
Everything in the world has a natural state in where things have a place and order.
If we listen to our body then we typically are right.
Things go wrong when we get stuck second guessing everything and overthink to the point we can’t move with confidence.
