I’ll be explaining what about the Leading By Example saying does to change the world.

Being a leader is a quality that’s demonstrated in several different ways.

There’s not a guarantee that leadership is being done in the right direction though.

But I’m at the point where I’m cool with collaboration when it comes to anybody else who desires to influence.

The direction doesn’t matter too much in earlier stages because there’s a ceiling made based on personality related shortcomings.

But without much more time to hype this up we’ll move forward to the question at hand.

What about Leading By Example changes the world?

Leading by Example changes the world through showing others an action’s possible. It puts the right way to respond to whatever situation’s presented. That’s what get laws changed. It demonstrates the power scale and how it could shift from one direction to the other. It also teaches other people to go further if they choose to.

Demonstrating personally that some actions are possible

There’s some people that may wanna join you in a challenge but aren’t exactly sure with how to go about it.

That’s where you come in at as the leader.

When you’re the example in this case it can feel very lonely and even scary because you really are the only person to rely on.

This is where you might have fear of doing the wrong thing or making a mistake – that can even lead to anger but fight that.

Assuming a more positive lens is happening works out because it challenges your ability to be tolerant.

Doing anything else only distracts you and holds back everybody else that’s following you in support.

Displaying the “right” way to do things

I don’t like saying that there’s a right or wrong way to do something – especially as a creative but it takes separation

Truth of the matter is that there’s some situations where it takes acknowledging the exact way to do something.

An example would be if you’re learning addition at a basic level and you’re trying to reach the number 2.

The only way to do so is 1 + 1 in that context.

The point is that you might have to personally show someone there’s only one way to go about reaching the goal.

Getting laws changed through leadership

This may be out your interest but it affects you eventually.

I’ll start off with a story that goes back to high school for me in 2008 where I was class president.

Things were great because I was able to get new systems in place that helped my student body – but I got impeached

Being a leader isn’t for everybody all the time because there’s a level of maturity that some and most aren’t ready for yet.

That compliments my moment in high school because that’s what I would stress to myself before running and winning.

I didn’t care too much on what things could improve my area of work for long term – just to have bragging rights that I was first.

Improvements could be made if I were to select a cabinet and have more peers keep me accountable instead of mad with power.

The Shift of Power

My story of making class president in high school would’ve been even more effective if I had precedence but that’s not the case.

But this is the type of change that happens when a leader doesn’t agree with a system and is still brave to live change.

At first they stick out in a bad way that usually includes having retaliation but if stuck through has life changing support.

It inspires everybody else.

Going further than you ever have

Leading by example adds to the roadmap for whatever group that follows you believe is successful.

To be specific it expands their view of what’s possible because you’re proof of what can happen eventually.

The satisfaction comes in being one of the first to do whatever it is you’re trying to achieve.

Final thoughts

These are what leading by example does for the rest of the world again:

• Demonstrates personally that some actions are possible
• Shows everybody else the right or wrong way there is to go about reaching a certain goal
• Has potential to change laws in your area you live in
• Displays the shift of power that’s to come with a leader that’s walking the walk
• Shows the distance followers can go to and what comes with it when reaching a goal

Leading by example comes with desire and action.

There’s plenty of struggles that come with doing it but once it becomes a part of who you are totally you’re off to the races.
