It’s a villain but my imagination’s going a little wild for this question.

So imagine this is a real person and it’ll make understanding where I’m coming from much easier.

I’ll give him a million dollars because he’ll be my new ally.

Not to say that he doesn’t have or could get access to it but the gesture itself would communicate good will on my end.

Hopefully it’s before he becomes the mad man that he’s known to be so when he’s planning a full scale invasion I’ll be good.
