What personality trait in people raises a red flag with you?
When someone is overly extroverted that always raises a red flag with me.
I use “overly” in a loose way because some people’s outgoing personality is much more normal to one person over another.
I’m a believer in thinking we are the sum of multiple personalities that influences us.
If we have too many extroverts on our team then we’ll never know when it’s time to be quiet.
