I’ll be going over what are some of the reasons anyone would feel hungry but not having an appetite are.

What are some causes of feeling hungry but having no appetite?

It can be from being dehydrated.

Our bodies are OVER 70% WATER.

Adding in the possibility of short-term stress only contributes.

It can lead to a more extreme condition known as depression.

There’s also the chance that a viral infection could be a contributor.

If you’re a woman then pregnancy may bring on this side effect.

Other than that there could also be the case where age matters.

Or even medication.

How do some people forget to eat?

Some people may forget to eat for plenty of different reasons.

It could be a possible eating disorder.

There’s also the possibility that the person in question is going through a fast to push for good behavior.

The next reason this could be true is that they’re wired in a way that reminds them if they actually see food.

It continues in where most people that go through this phenomena because they have non-existent hunger.

And lastly there’s a chance that whoever goes through their day without eating is because they’re dealing with a sign of stress.

Being stressed out is an overly common reason that people forget to eat.

They’re not having a chance to focus on things that they want because their mind’s stuck on the hurt.

Why am I not sure if I’m hungry?

Not being sure if you’re hungry could depend on how much you actually eat.

This includes prior meals that might affect your likeliness of feeling hungry.

It might be shocking to some but the feeling of being hungry could actually get mixed up with fullness.

There’s a common scenario in which you might not be eating out of hunger when instead it’s simply boredom.

A good philosophy to go by at least in the beginning stages of combating any potential eating disorder is seeing food as fuel.

If that’s practiced effectively then it’ll be even easier to employ a secondary tactic in which you perform a self-scan on your body.

This works as a method where you analyze your feelings when this feeling of hunger comes.

It could be either physical or psychological in theory.

It’s actually common to have a low appetite for the first few weeks of postpartum activities.

Vaginal birth is in fact the type of birthing method that brings about a hunger with it.

Why can’t I figure out what to eat?

Figuring out what to eat is part of adulting.

We’re expected to provide ourselves 3 meals daily and should see it as parenting for yourself.

The people that struggle with this is seen as experiencing a form of crisis.

A common reason this ends up being the case is because most to absolutely nothing sounds good.

When this remains the issue it eventually turns into meals getting skipped.

And it that’s not the scenario that applies there’s even worse in having eating disorders manifest as a result.

What is there to do when restaurants or home cooked meals seem as if they’re the only options?
