Why should time not be wasted?

Time shouldn’t be wasted because it doesn’t contribute properly to the team. If at all. It doesn’t help achieve our goals. When time’s wasted it takes away from the development needed to be the right person that can complete the “mission.” Ultimately there’s more important things worth your attention.
