Why do People Want Financial Freedom?

Financial Freedom gives you a fresh perspective on life.

It lets you make decisions based on the things that really matter.

Values.

Lifestyle.

Life goals.

The list goes on for what motivates the next person.

But what most are driven off of is purely money.

It’s fine to make it but it should never be the thing that solely makes you.

Having a fresh perspective on life

I consistently keep a fresh perspective on life because I’m reflective at a pace that works for me.

I play circumstances out in my head with a new viewpoint.

But that’s only possible because of the people I connect with.

It’s not something everybody can do though.

Most of the time you have to be willing to see things differently.

There’s change you have to embrace.

And that’s not possible without being able to step out of your comfort zone.

You wanna know how to start making decisions on your terms?

It starts with prioritizing your core values.

These are the things that shape your beliefs.

Some are driven to succeed for the sake of their family.

Others might be chasing a certain lifestyle.

It may even be for cementing a legacy.

That can be tough to balance if you want a little bit of everything in life.

But you gain clarity on these values after you decide to lock in on your long-term goals.

This isn’t what feels good in the moment.

It’s not what’s trending and got everybody talking about the hottest topic.

I grew up on Project Based Learning.

What that means is we would have work that has to compound daily to reach a final product.

It makes every move being made important.

These events make going the distance possible and habitual.

You’re getting used to enjoying the process over constantly looking for immediate gratification.

It’s choosing happiness over pleasure.

You’re on the cusp of really understanding once you realize these are the choices that shape the significant aspects of your life.

Final Thoughts

Let’s revisit the reason people want financial freedom again.

Financial freedom is desired because it’s being able to live a life you desire.

It let’s you pursue your goals without the need of having a traditional job.
