How do you unwind after a demanding day?
Something that raises my serotonin levels. It’s supposed to be the most natural way to feel better and if that’s the case then sign me up. A demanding day most likely is gonna include dealing with rude people or feeling as if I did more work than what I actually had to do.
So if I had to pick specific things then I’ll go with cooking a meal I was looking forward to all day. It could be followed up after a workout or even something that led to a good meditation session.
Does serotonin make you happy?
Yeah serotonin makes you happy and it shows in several ways throughout the body.
It influences the way we learn.
Helps remember things better and stores it as a positive memory.
It actually works hand-in-hand with dopamine where both are known to make you happy.
These happy chemicals are recognized as a natural medicine for all forms of life.
It’s an important part of health and happiness when discussing reward systems.
Because depression is a common trait when it comes to considering content creation as a career that means the odds are against me.
When the correct feeling’s unlocked it puts you in a euphoric state and more in the thought of living in the moment more often.
These immediate benefits usually get distributed to:
- Focus
- Happiness
- Calmness
- Emotional state
That might be easy to neglect put I promise these areas of life are what matters the most.
It’s something to keep in mind when understanding why everybody likes to do whatever they want.
It actually reminds me exactly of a hobby.
A healthy activity that could be chosen to do to put yourself in a good space mentally.
Why cooking is the basic need of our life?
As a hobby I chose cooking since it’s considered a basic need of our life generally speaking.
Some of the best perks that get met from cooking is being able to monitor your immune system and reduce your risk of illness.
What is the spiritual purpose of meditation
It allows us to connect with our better self and tap in the wisdom that rests in all of us.
It’s an activity that literally brings the mind and body back to balance.
This behavior allows you to realize the eternal truth and move forward without fear of the future or past.
