I could maybe add more flexibility to my system. I have a project I’m working on that has an existing process in place but I’m fortunate enough to improve the policy if possible and that’s where I’m at.

To be a little more specific it’s deciding if I should micromanage a chain of command that has to happen for a complete final product. If I allow the micromanage to happen then I’ll be adding bonus’s for the completion of the tasks that I need done. It’s either that or continue having the entire piece stay how it is. The goal is to expand and I’m trying to see if more rewards can motivate incentive to produce.
