Why don’t dogs bark at some people
Dogs may bark at some people over others for a variety of reasons. The unknown could be scary to them. They could have anxiety from prior moments of mistreatment which could put them in an alerted mode that goes off when somebody new hits the scene. And then again it could be that a person who’s different from their usual look or smell that they’re used to triggers this action.
Why dogs are scared of the unknown
Dogs are scared of the unknown for a variety of reasons.
Did you know that the breed of your dog may make a difference if they’re likely to get spooked easily?
That’s rarely the case but it can even come down to how often they’re training, the exercise they get, how much socializing they do.
And for some it can even be instinctual.
Why dogs can have anxiety
Dogs can have anxiety for a number of reasons as well.
It can come down to socialization issues as mentioned earlier or age related health conditions.
Some of these issues can be dementia, trauma or even the genetics.
A common problem to is abandonment.
So if they’re hopping houses too often or being left at home for too long.
They could even be scared easily when it comes to loud noises and traveling in bad conditions.
Another eerie phenomenon could be if they’re uncomfortable around strange people, places and pets on account of their heightened sense of clairvoyance.
