This came to me from learning more about the Patterson Rocks program, started by the Baltimore Philanthropy Tank group.

Why does my alyssum keep dying?

There’s numerous reasons you could be dealing with this issue, but cold/wet weather could be a big reason. It could also happen from lack of water, maybe too much shade, bad soil where you planted the plants. Or even poor drainage of the plants.

Cold, wet weather

Extra water

Excessive shade

Bad soil

Poor drainage
