Welcome to my page “The Leaders of MBTI”.

ESTJs are direct and extremely organized.

They got dedication that can’t be denied which also explains their tendency to think heavily.

Their decisiveness is paramount because of how big of a game they talk and that’s thanks to their extroversion.

Not to mention they’re also reliable.

They might have trouble showing their emotion at times but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re bad leaders.

They don’t fold under pressure and they’re methodical.

Having a strong will makes them incredible assets.

They have a judging behavior and are highly observant.

This might not cover all personality types but it’ll have a decent amount of information on the ones added.
