There’s a relatability that you need to learn how to capture in order to prove you’re putting the customer first.

It might seem like a given but it’s not something that everyone provides to the average customer regularly.

There’s techniques that you can employ to do so.

• Looking the person in the eye
• Repeating things back to the person I’m speaking intimately with
• Share relating news or anything of relative value to the conversation

These are some of my secrets but find something that works for you best and get better at them.

Assistants are important to have for when your work load gets overly busy.

They might be more standard to handle scheduling and product exposure.

You as the owner are gonna want more time for closing and maybe follow ups.

But spring for an assistant as they’ll make life for you much more easier than one without it.
