Measuring whether your content is truly valuable to your audience takes being able to analyze engagement. There’s behavioral studies you’re going to have to perform, and follow conversion metrics to see if the content you’re creating resonates and drives prospects to take action.

Engagement is likes, shares, comments, and anything else you could think of that lets you know other people are actually seeing the content you’re delivering. Depending on the system you’re operating out of, they’re going to allow prospects and existing fans to interact with the material you provide as a brand. That’s engagement in a nutshell!

The behavior of your audience matters more than what most give credit for. Knowing how the eyes and ears of your platform behave allows you to reach them in the best way possible.
