Let’s discuss what actually qualifies content as “high-value” on Instagram.

Can you tell I like IG yet?

I’m not even sure if that’s the case exactly, but it’s a platform that I manage 2 other brands on.

They have tools I’m familiar with, and honestly I see it being much cooler of a platform over Facebook.

We’re gonna go over what would be considered high value on this app.

It’s universal when stripped down, but that doesn’t make this lesson any more or less value.

Saves: The Possible Eclipse That Aligns With Valued Metrics

Saves on social media platforms actually leverages power exclusive to whatever app it applies to, because it creates insurance in a way that there’s assurance in knowing that You will definitely return to that platform.

And while consuming content, the chances will be high that it will be of the person’s account who created and shared such content pieces.

Watch time and screen time is of high importance. And that’s No matter what platform you’re on.

whether it’s On social media or A website you own, Or anything else that you can think of.

Saves contribute to the watch time (or screen time) spent on a certain platform.

Shares

Shares are another way to Build on the influence you’re likely looking to earn on social media platforms.

Honestly it establishes a form of Leverage.

What the sharing feature holds the value in is having your media circulate through the platform.

Depending on the amount of users that are on there, this can gain tremendous Traction in terms of growing the reach of whatever brand it is that you’re building on the platform.

It Increases the validity of what it is that you have to say.

Shares typically mean that whatever it is that you said has enough value to be able to be passed over to the next person.

It’s something that’s not to be taken lightly because It becomes a cosign in a way as well too!

When somebody takes the time to share, they are also giving credit to the author that created it and is broadcasting their appreciation for what was put out there.

High watch time

High watch time is another build upon the earlier point made about saving content.

It’s separate with The value though!

If there was a tier for what’s most important, Watch Time would be higher than the save itself.

These are separate metrics that you end up getting when you get analytics and things close to that as far as for your performance on the app.

And when you are dealing with watch time, it will always equate to videos with specific social media.

Watch time can always be Tied in with video content.

What this tells us and anyone else that plans on being with a social media platform is that: making videos will always be of importance.

And that also explains why they are championed so highly with virtually any platform you can think of.

These are the content pieces that get pushed out and circulated through algorithms more too.
