What I think it takes to have a digital presence (6 Points Explained)

I’ll be sharing what I think it takes to have a digital presence.

What I think it takes to have a digital presence

Having a digital presence takes being transparent. There’s easy to understand concepts that you have to enact on the platform you’re present on. Build your reach in a way it transfers online well too with a “can-do” attitude. Prove you have a proactive behavior that can be shown consistently, and have empathy while doing it.

Being Transparent with your business

Why do you think transparency is constantly mentioned with most success coaches that share a recipe of theirs?

I think it’s because it reflects what captured their audience in the first place.

Being transparent is showing the “how.” It’s revealing the steps to whatever your process is.

When we’re discussing having a digital presence and we focus on the tools that help you achieve that status, it begins with getting that first notebook and pack of pencils.

It’s getting the scanner and laptop to share those thoughts. You’re recording your success clues.

Assuring your audience you have easy to understand concepts

Why is it that we love things that’s easy to understand? It’s communication at its finest.

We like to be understood. That’s a skill many take for granted.

We’re not fans of overly educated people but when that special person who knows how to simplify the complicated, it’s unique.

Earning a Reach with public opinion off the Internet

Earning your reach offline in a way that translates effortlessly into the internet only happens from putting work in on the streets.

That means you’re showing up to events that call for your presence.

You’re shaking hands and kissing babies (for lack of better terms).

People are gonna recognize your face before a screen even comes in the conversation.

Displaying a “Can-do attitude”

Having a can-do attitude is sure to build your online presence because that in itself is inspiring.

Insert your profession wherever it’s appropriate and you’re gonna get the same result— the successful believes they can do whatever it is they set out to do.

Your goal is to stand out in some way online, and it’s sad to admit but being positive is unpopular.

So assuring followers and subs that you’re capable and believe it yourself is something they will follow.

Empathy earns an alliance

Relatability is empathy.

If you can put yourself in the shoes of whoever it is you’re trying to influence, it builds a friendship.

Everybody wants to be understood— I mentioned it once before and here I am doing it again.

Empathy is making an active attempt at understanding somebody.

Not like sympathy where it’s more close to going through the motions of hearing them out.

It’s actually caring.

The attractiveness of having a Proactive behavior

There’s a saying that goes my best defense is better offense and I think it aligns well with proactive behavior.

This is a winner by the way.

We like people that win and it mostly is the consequence of being proactive.

Going after what you want is taking control of your life by leading.

You’re not waiting for an opportunity— you understand that you’re the cause of success.

In relation to having a digital presence, that explains people whose goal is going viral.

They’re looking for that next moment. They do whatever possible to make it happen.
