- Hoefessions
- Yu-Gi-Oh!
- Speed
- UNO
- Pokémon
There you have it! Those are my top 5 favorite card games of all time.
I have vivid memories of playing each of them, except one; Pokemon.
That was a card game that I never really took the time to learn but it was always fun collecting them.
The other 4 were moments that hold personal significance.
Hoefessions is actually a card game that I got to play in its prototype stage.
The creator is Gina Views and shares all the ways you can get that specific game among other merch she has for sale on her weekly radio show Effective Immediately.
Next is Yu-Gi-Oh! This was an important card game for me that played a role in my childhood.
I actually learned to play this game competitively and spent hundreds (if not thousands) on it.
From the video games to even movie tickets, it had impact that I’ll proudly take accountability for.
We’ll continue even further with the card game known as Speed. It involves traditional cards.
You’re supposed to get rid of all the cards in your hands and side of your field.
The last card game to mention according to my list is probably the most universally popular game, UNO.
If you don’t know how to play this game then you might have to reevaluate whatever it is you got going on in life.
I like to think of it as like Speed but with only a hand you have to worry about.
It depends on how you play, but I’m including interruptions for that parallel.
An honorable mention that I have to throw in is Garbage.
It involves all of the cards that come in a deck but excludes Queens and Jokers.
Those are my favorites, but what about you?
