I’ll be explaining why friendships keep us healthy.
Why friendships keep us healthy
Friendships keep us healthy because they turn individuals and the dreams they’re full of into a united effort. They end up working like a team in where they create a cycle of looping back support, harmony, and freedom so no one has to carry the weight alone.
Unity through individual achievement
Achieving individual accomplishments through unity has a variety of benefits.
Teamwork is one of the obvious things that becomes a byproduct.
The group will start working together towards a shared goal this way.
It creates an aligned vision.
What that means is everybody will focus on themselves effectively and still have an expanded depth of understanding with where the campaign is going.
There’s going to be sharing of systems and processes that helps everybody understand better with what’s really going on.
It’s less likely that anybody is going to be feeling left out or confused about what’s happening.
I like to think of it as a way of it “Putting the ‘I’ in team.”
It’s a way of justifying a genuine care in yourself and it still benefits everybody in the community.
There’s an appreciation for every little part of the process that happens with the group.
Everybody feels part of a bigger picture this way.
