I’ll be discussing what animal is hard working.
What animal is hard working?
These animals will always be known as hard working:
- honeybees
- ants
- beavers
And even domesticated animals like horses and dogs. I’m calling it now with saying this is gonna offend a good amount of people that read this, but that’s because they’re known to work harder than most humans too.
Why are honeybees called social insects
Honey bees are called social insects because they live in large organized colonies. They show cooperative behaviors. Each one has a role. They have a mutual dependency, and they just live by the philosophy of it takes a village.
It takes work being able to coexist in a large group.
Think about the last time you had to get something done with a bunch of other people that you don’t really know personally. They show that they can do what most humans can’t by being able to cooperate among their colleagues. Each one of them has a role and they follow them to exception. Again, it’s one thing to do your job, but it’s another to do it really well. The honeybees have a mutual dependency on each other. That’s understood, yet, nobody is ever held back in terms of doing what needs to be done for the progression of the hive.
Why are ants strong?
Ants are considered to be strong because they’re one of the most in the world! They have a super dense exoskeleton that supports their joints and muscles. It’s because of all that, they’re able to carry up to ten times their own weight.
Let’s address the point on their exoskeleton. Think of it as having the best armor money can buy.
If you had that, wouldn’t you think you could be one of the hardest working organisms on the planet?
That could now be combined with their joints.
If we continue with that example of having the strongest armor in the world and having it meshed together with your actual bone structure, imagine the type of work you could get accomplished.
You’re not limited in motion or even speed for that matter. It gets even better.
When you add in the fact that they can lift up to 10x their own body weight, it gets ridiculous.
There’s no other animal that can say they’re matching that feat.
An ant would have a lot to boast about when it comes to being the hardest worker.
Why are beavers building dams?
Beavers build dams in an effort to secure their own safety. It protects them from predators and function as a storage spot for the food they acquire. And probably the most important feature of these dams is to either retain or block water from coming in.
Let’s do something a little different and combine what the work is for again: Safety, food and blocking water.
We’re gonna use our imagination again and think, how much strength and endurance it takes to build a fortress in reality.
You have to be nothing short of a contender for being a hard worker if that’s what you’re known for.
Just the purpose of a dam alone should explain what type of work these creatures go through on the regular.
The work speaks for itself.
Final thoughts
Here’s our list of animals that are to be considered hard workers again:
- Honeybees
- Ants
- Beavers
I’m even gonna throw horses and dogs in the mix because of their reputation.
Considering they’re at optimal health and can move freely, they keep going, simple as that.
They constantly move and can literally travel the world if they choose to.
There’s a reason horses were the original automobile and dogs can legally be considered employed:
They’re hard workers of course.
But what do you think?
