Highlight the positives that members on your team is doing to set the tone for culture. If you focus on what you want to happen, the positive framework pays off to where you get better work done as opposed to the alternative.
Highlighting the positives
Most people aren’t really scared about how bad things will go.
They’re actually fearful of how outrageously good something is or can be.
It’s because of that a good majority of people stay stuck in a rut of negative focus.
Not me though.
I’ve always been more driven towards an optimistic lens when it comes to a couple things:
Who I’m dealing with. And possible outcomes we could face.
I think that’s what’s put me in leadership positions consistently, and got me this far.
It’s pretty cool when I think about it.
