It’s best to watch Dragon Ball first for better appreciation and understanding with what’s going on in the series. It doesn’t matter much if it’s in dub or sub—I got by in English. There’s films that also add context for where other characters are at as the show progresses. Check those out and you will love the relating shows after Z.
