How do Quick Play Spells work?
Regardless of player – whoever holds a Quick-Play Spell can activate it from their hand during any Phase of their turn. In some circumstances it can also be activated on the opposing players turn too.
A Spell that can be activated whenever
Quick-Play Spells in Yu-Gi-Oh! are a unique and strategic type of Spell Card that stand out because of their flexibility and timing.
Unlike regular Spell Cards that can only be activated during your Main Phase, Quick-Play Spells can be used during either player’s turn—as long as they’re set on the field first.
