It’s the main problem that people who deal with mental illness and other negative struggles go through.
There’s a technique I learned called an MFA session.
What this does is get a bunch of work done in a single setting and sets you up to have breathing room when it comes to deadlines.
Taking consistent steps
There’s a problem with consistency that holds people back from reaching goals.
Most of the time it comes from people that claim they can help you reach your own.
The best way to go about being consistent yourself that I recommend to do is get an accountability partner.
