Why does orange represent Optimism?

It’s believed that orange combines the cheerful energy brought by yellow with the vibrancy of red.

It’s also thought that the color even helps people feel more outgoing and be bolder.

What is having the quality of high energy and cheerful

Exuberance.

That’s the word that’s most synonymous with being high in energy and cheerfulness.

Some of my happiest moments come from competition.

When you put in the work for an event that you have to show out for.

You put in the preparation to compete at a high level and test it against opposition.

It explains why people that’s heavily involved in sports experience high emotions.

You’re comparing your energy and skill with another team or opponent.

There’s adrenaline that elevates to high levels and you get a sense of calmness in knowing it de-escalates eventually.
