My favorite team building activities to employ in the early stages of business

Assigning roles are some of the best activities to do in the early parts of business.

It gets everybody on the same page with different strengths to complete a common goal.

I suggest an RPG game.

It could be digital or real life.

Maybe it’s a game of football.

Or even playing a World of Warcraft game.

Just make sure there’s space for enough people to play and get them to agree on what’s a successful turnout.

Low barrier to entry

One aspect of team building that’s important to emphasize here is playing a game that everybody can enjoy.

If it’s simple for everyone to learn then it can be translated well for whatever the real goal is.

I had this be the case for me when I started wrestling.

All coaches at every level would start with a game of dodgeball.

Right away it brought together the team and added a dynamic to instantly find a common ground.
