Why does hair take so long to grow? (Explained)

I’ll be explaining why hair takes so long to grow.

Why does hair take so long to grow?

  • Thyroid issues
  • polycystic ovary syndrome
  • menopause
  • pregnancy
  • Age
  • Genetics
  • Stress

Those are just a few scenarios that can alter hormones and regulate the hair growth cycle.

You need to maintain a balanced diet that’s rich in vitamins and minerals to fight it.

Minimize your stress levels and avoid over heat-styling or other harsh treatments.

And finally regularly massage your scalp to stimulate blood flow.

How to naturally regulate your thyroid

Because your Thyroid hormones are necessary for life it should be looked at simplistically.

Same way you would look at water and food bring things that sustain your life.

A good starter would be to monitor your exercising habits.

These type of activities can be good for keeping a better mood.

Not only that but it also helps with weight and maintaining overall health.

Even supplements can be good if you’re deficient in those areas.

But don’t spring in to buying water based vitamins since they don’t last for what they’re worth.

You’re better off with a fat soluble vitamin.

But be cautious in over usage since it could build up and cause more problems potentially.

If you focus on effective nutrition and exercise you’ll be better off in the long run.

How to overcome the effects of menopause stage

I’m foreseeing some potential damage control so I’ll be addressing this from the image below.

For any form of menopausal symptoms it’ll be best to address the same way you would normally take care of your body.

Eat as clean as possible.

If you’re focusing on foods that’s low in inflammation and high in alkalinity it’s a good rule of thumb.

Next is regular exercise.

I’m a constant advocate with preaching that you don’t need to workout like a bodybuilder to get premium health.

If you’re able to do anything close to 10 minutes of activity then you’re playing a long term game.

It affects your stress levels and matter fact helps you feel even better about yourself.

If you’re looking for a moderately easy workout that’s gender neutral then consider meditation.

That and yoga are insanely simple techniques to help even the casual live a more active lifestyle.

But follow up those moments of activity with getting enough sleep too.

And minimize stimulants or downers whenever you can.

There’s plenty of other substitutes that could be used instead.
