Super Saiyan might be the single thing that made me enjoy the Dragon Ball series so much.
There’s plenty of things about this addition to Dragon Ball that makes it so enticing to watch.
It’s the visual representation of growth.
It shows that we’re not dealing with the same person we started off with.
It’s evolution being capitalized off of and I’m here for it.
Think of some of the best shows we’ve ever gotten.
Whenever there’s a power-up involved it becomes our new favorite part about them.
The only exception I would argue that defies this rule is Ash’s Pikachu.
That’s the only time where it was cool to not have an evolved form of an individual beat out the original.
