I came across a question about arrogance and decide to modify it for a moment of personal reflection.

Why I would display arrogance while also in a position of power

It’s needed sometimes to enforce dominance in an expanded environment.

An arrogant display is just a choice of being on the confident side of humanity.

The opposite is more conservative.

Call it a lack of maturity if you need to but I’m also in a content space and realize that behavior is congruent with success.

Enforcing a dominant persona

Sometimes it’s needed to display that you’re willing to dominate.

Arrogance is synonymous with dominance because there’s a cockiness factor I think most overlook.

Whether it’s warranted or not is up to you but leaders wanna avoid looking weak and this is key.

The choice to be confident

Choosing confidence is one of the smartest things you could do in life.

It brings you the things you really desire.

People seem to think that they can’t be confident in a certain area of life until they have something.

I had a mentor that would apply a similar concept to money.

The point’s that your attitude of confidence acts as a magnet to allow you to feel capable to have what you want.

What about being conservative hurts leadership at times

This might be an opinion to get me under water but conservatism in leadership could get mistaken for weakness.

It might be in the best interest of a leader to be more conservative if they’re looking to maintain relationships possibly.

I have the perspective of seeing being conservative as an American though.

So make of that what you will but if I add that point it’s only right to add in my thoughts of what it means.

I see the charismatic American as being a real go-getter.

They’re not afraid to go after what they want and vocalize their desires.

You look at some of the best leaders we’ve ever had in history that contributed to several industries and can’t help but be more inclined to agree.

Cockiness is great content

It should go without saying but being cocky is highly entertaining content.

Most people like to see somebody make outrageous claims and bold takes confidently.

It’s usually in the realm of conflict but the showcased attitude is watching somebody do extra.

I find that funny people claim to hate when others do the most but at the same time champion leaders that do it with work.

But it is kind of fun to do when you’re sure you can back it up though.
