One thing that earns more sales from a customer service lens is providing speedy service.

And if you are a smaller operation then it pays off better to have strict times of operation.

Brand loyalty in relation to customer service is guaranteed when money’s involved.

Money is always gonna be a factor when it comes to who someone’s gonna be loyal to.

Customers want to feel as if they’re spending with people that truly value what they’re parting with.

Customers will always want to do business with a company that can give them the best price.

Doing what you can to provide the best price to your clients is crucial.

You can believe in the product all you want but if you can’t convince who you’re selling to that it’s worth it then it’s fruitless labor.

You might be in a place where you’re not necessarily a die hard advocate for your product but you need sales.

That’s where doing what you can for the best price is your main goal.

That might take having to do more networking and finding a reliable distributor for providing the product or service at the best price.

Maybe you have to take a profit cut in order to move more units.

It’s a decision you’re gonna have to make and be okay with the results when reports start to roll in.

We can even increase loyalty by providing discounts.

That brings me to my next point best because it’s so closely related to the price point.

A discount can be just as effective from changing the price because of how strong of a marketing tactic it is.

There’s exclusiveness that comes with getting a discount.

They’re typically not around forever so it creates urgency for the customer to act.

It might not be as long of an effect that a price change would have but it helps with predicting booms in sales and loyalty with your company.

Generating Referrals

Showing love to your audience is a surefire way to earn referrals for business.

Even doing it in a public setting where you’re obviously helping someone else out helps.

You wanna work towards creating a reputation that shares value regularly.

There has to be a kept promise that almost seems too good to be true for others to leak this secret.

I can’t stress enough how highly important it is to keep consistency in mind since it communicates reliability.

And it should go without saying but don’t do anything scammy or associate with other businesses that’s known for it.

Let me have a moment to explain why law firms are able to retain customers so well.
