Why is the lottery winner always in California

Maybe it’s their confidence from being in an area that’s heavily influenced on health and allows them to think clearly. It could be the fact that there’s so many families that live out there to increase their chances of winning. That could even mean that these families are even more hungry for a ‘win’ in life so they take more risks. There’s some incredibly smart people that come from there too and they might’ve even figured out a winning formula that stays in house. Just a theory of mine though.
