Fantasy drafts are one of my favorite ways to practice effective team building. Treat it the same way you would with trying to make the cut for a high standard program. After that period of using negative reinforcement to get a standard you would want to raise it by swapping it for positive ones.
Defining your team in role assignment
Team building starts off with assigning roles.
Think of every group you like.
They usually have a memorable role.
Look at the original Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers for example.
Or even the Ninja Turtles.
Raphael holds the knives.
Leonardo wields the swords.
Donatello got the staff.
And Michelangelo has nunchucks.
