Having the benefit of being held accountable with decisions you make makes you a better person in the long run. I always say how I’ll choose accountability over responsibility every time. Both are beneficial but one quality subconsciously raises your standard of excellence.
Benefits of accountability in decision making
Being held accountable when making decision brings a personal satisfaction to who does it.
There’s something it does for the next goals being made in knowing you have help with seeing things through.
When you get held accountable there’s a level of validation that comes with it.
That might be one of the most common benefits that get taken for granted.
Think of how many people might end up not seeing something through just because they lack confidence.
Having your decisions validated makes choosing in the future much more enjoyable.
Plain and simply put.
