Experiencing more intense moments. That. And having specific foods to help improve it. Being black in America right before important changes in society were made makes for memorable times. There’s some of my best memories I’ve had just off the strength of validation. Some times it was personal. Others were external.

Emotions.
They’re things that we experience all throughout life which makes it worth living.
Think about how powerful it is to have a moment that makes you feel really happy or even sad.
One thing I’ve learned to be true about them are that they’re times not soon forgotten.

Those are just a couple questions I’d ask somebody with good memory because it’s linked to sleep.
Another underrated way to increase your memory is with high hydration.
A hydrated brain is the same as having a lubricated engine with cars.
It just runs smoother.
