Boosting Employee Engagement

Employee engagement gets boosted when you finally give them what they’ve been looking for.

Employees wanna make sure that the game they’re playing will give them their exact desires.

The key to engagement comes when casualness enters the equation.

Being able to make casual talks on work related topics fun gets everybody involved genuinely wanting to succeed.

That’s the engagement we’re looking for.

Getting people in our business wanting to talk with each other and interested in everybody’s opinion on the company.

To better understand the value in this is reflecting on what’s the point in having a debate.

You’re passionately defending your stance on a particular topic or subject.

If you have all the answers for anybody that has something to say about your team is an amazing feeling.

That’s if you’re an employee of course.

But if you’re a business owner it’s almost the same as having free marketing done on your behalf.

And that benefit shouldn’t even need an explanation.

Keeping Yourself Motivated

I read that most people are determined to do everything worthwhile because of either sex expression or to become a legend.

The reason I bring that up is because the goal here is sustained inspiration.

You’ll find that these pursuits lead to transcendent work.

It leads to creating some of industry leaders of tomorrow.

Staying future-minded is one of the secrets that prove to be true for having optimism.

If you have a future then it makes forward motion that much more important.

I believe it keeps you cautious about routes you take to get where you’re trying to go.

You’re gonna be less likely to make overly risky decisions that could affect your life negatively.

The satisfaction comes from preparing for an ideal future that includes you and your future family.

Continuing Creativity

When is the most excitement for a paid team?

I can think of a few.

Initial sign-ons.

Bonuses.

Earning that last paycheck before moving to the next opportunity.

On a bit of a pivot I’ll share one of the best benefits to having the luxury of sustained creativity.

Your creative messages can be sent more intentionally.

And more effectively.

There’s unique truths that come from creative spaces and if you’re consistently providing them it’s an elevated level.

Getting Energy Reciprocated

I got some bars I made to a Kanye song called Hurricane and in it references reciprocating energy.

Pretty sure it could have consequences behind aggressively promoting it but I’m sure I can share where it fits.

But from another angle that addresses reciprocated energy is defining it.

It’s receiving the same amount of energy that you give out.

AKA karma.

I could argue that we collectively learn that education brings rewards when school starts.
