I started a mastermind group that I believe is gonna be a major game changer for rap musicians.

Why am I starting with music may someone ask.

Well I have an answer.

It’s because I’m actively working on music myself.

It’s one of the few passions that I’m growing further in love with as I continue to make it.

I feel qualified in starting such a group because of all and disappointments I’ve faced.

Specifically in music of course.

I’ve had equipment I had to go without.

Criticisms that I’ve had to accept at some point.

And etiquette I’ve had to learn as I progressed.

There’s integrity and values that come in to play which I feel isn’t discussed enough.

That’s gonna be addressed in my group too.

There’s a level of arrogance that needs to be present in rap music.

It’s there now but I’d just like to have it persevered in a tasteful way if possible.

Another angle that needs attention is having an exit plan if you ask me.

There’s so many former artists that love the culture and even made attempts at contributing.

But for whatever reason they decide to call it quits seems to have them ghosting the audience.

I’m not here to say whether it’s right or wrong but I will point out that it could cause a closure issue.

That’s not externally harmful as much internal where future generations could miss out on meaningful insights.

And I feel it could be prevented with a system of some sort that could be put in place.

It’s one of the most powerful forms of communication and if music can be put back in a place of empowerment it creates order.

More importantly it could get back to putting creativity back in an honest and truthful spot.

One of the best analogies I’ve heard about rappers being is time travelers.

Nobody tells you what period of time to reach but you’re eventually known for heading to specific places.

The best have versatility.

I mention that because it’s yet another point that I feel I’ll be able to break down effectively and even manipulate the meaning well with others.

There’s plenty of valid arguments that could be made on why this is worth perfecting.

I’m not a certified expert but from my own reflections I feel confident in suggesting it could be a difference maker in the next person’s success.

And that’s whether another person continues to be stuck in the past or look towards the future without much confirmation about it being positive.

Regardless of what an expert may have to say on the matter there’s plenty of confidence behind this point alone.

Because music is also a universal bridge for learning when it comes communication it makes speaking the language engaging.

For everybody the message always seems to find the right person every time.

It connects eras in ways that’s more valuable than just simply writing.

This isn’t a proposal to keep music around but maybe better as a showcase of what could be discussed in this master mind.
