What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
My favorite’s wrestling. It’s one of the best workouts to do for physical strength and cardio improvement. You’re actively moving all of your body parts at high pace and inadvertently practice flexibility as a result. I’m the type of person that likes pushing my body to the limit when it comes to competitive activity. In a controlled environment of course. But wrestling is my all-time favorite physical activity to date.
Why is wrestling my favorite physical activity?
It’s because my competition is guaranteed to be the same size as me.
The embarrassment can come from getting physically bullied by another human on a mat.
Your goal is to control the will and fight of another person through aggressive tactics.
To be competitive it requires you to have peak athletic movement.
It’s one of the best outlets to let out stress or help someone else calm their own down.
You don’t have to be nice about taking what you believe is owed to you and sometimes it has to happen through manhandling another.
