I’ll be explaining 3 reasons why I’ll call you out if you’re not performing to my standard.
I wasn’t planning on sharing this type of message but here we are.
The message has a theme that can apply to most so we’re gonna move forward with it.
People like watching drama unfold whether it’s on tv or in person.
I can say that because I was one of them.
But how are you responding if I’m someone that calls you out for not meeting expectations?
Don’t worry about answering that but I will ask you to give me a moment and follow this until the end.
Why Do I Call People Out if They’re Not Performing to My Standard?
- To inspire them to add more substance and value to their character
- It hopefully makes them perform in a more authentic way
- I’m tired of the cutting corners and related actions just for superficial objects and desires
Adding more substance and value to your character
I’m someone that feels pretty confident on being able to point out what I expect to see with supreme substance and value.
A couple words that come to mind are originality and thoughtfulness.
That’s not always the case but it’s nice to say you bring something new to the table.
But anyway you can find inspiration through someone else you think builds to your skill set.
Added Pressure For Better Performance
I was watching a wrestling match and even got the Broly vs Vegeta fight playing and 100% believe pressure can enhance performance.
It has to be reasonable in being something that motivates.
Sometimes people perform better when all the eyes are on them and the spotlight’s bright.
It actually plays on a fear where if reverse psychology is played a little bit here then the payoff could be great.
Final thoughts
That last point is more for closure sake and informing future possible partners what’s not in my goals moving forward.
I wanna emphasize that I’m not expecting nor want to be working with anybody that can’t reach my standard of work ethic.
It’s important I share this though because it’s my own disclaimer for letting anyone know that plans on collaborating with me.
I’m adding pressure unapologetically and that’s to push you for better and keep myself at a pace I’m comfortable with.
