I’ll be explaining what makes kids so creative.
This is one of the tougher posts to drop but nothing great in life comes easy – at least that’s what I thought
Getting more serious with my career in terms of being a professional artist opens my eyes and inspires deeper thought.
I’m positive that I’m not alone in most of these controversial topics I present.
This specific post about kids is difficult for myself because I’m not a father at the moment.
I don’t have any on the way but I’ve been holding myself accountable for the growth and development of the youth.
My metrics support the fact that my reach extends to the youth of future generations.
I’m even offline getting favors asked to spend time with kids in constructive ways that challenge me to become more.
What Makes Kids so Creative?
- Because they can keep up with the younger toddlers in how active they get
- They’re physical reincarnations of their parents
- They’re voided and consume the most
Keeping up with the activeness of the youth
By law it’s shown and for the most part believed that you’re still a kid until anywhere from 16-18.
One of the most desired benefit of being youthful is the energy you’re able to maintain.
The creativeness is something that continues on after this age range but the credit comes from being active.
It’s similar to the concept of knowledge isn’t power it’s applying it that makes it powerful.
Link it to this concept in you can be as creative in your head as you want but it’s nothing until something’s created.
That’s actually why online content gurus are getting younger as time goes on – the youth can continually produce
Energy is key when it comes to producing anything.
For the most part the youth has more energy than everybody else because their responsibility is low.
Generally they don’t deal with much stress.
Of course that can be argued against but let’s digress.
You need energy to think of the idea and more to follow for actually putting the plan to work so to speak.
Older folk can have that perk too but it takes a level of discipline that’s tough to match.
For reasons added earlier can explain how it comes more natural to kids.
Being a physical reincarnation of your birth giver
As a much older yet youthful young adult I’m not too disconnected from understanding some truths of the world.
Biology proves that we have genetic makeup that’s from our ancestors.
Some traits are more dominant than others and as I said earlier our creativeness continues past being a kid.
Eventually life either consumes the person that was once youthful and they stop being creative.
That’s where their traits show in the offspring they produce.
So for adults – this is giving us a pat on our back to continually find new ways to keep future generations creative and for longer
There’s so many people in the world that fit the criteria for creative but I’ll keep preaching it until the end – it’s work
Hard work beats talent when the talented don’t work hard.
That applies to having a talent that is a bit of an issue with nurturing.
Maybe it’s music.
There’s artists.
Even athletes where the offspring are looking to continue the reputation that was built before them.
There’s some things that come natural but it’s up to the individual to turn it into something similar or greater.
Being a void that Continues To Consume
When I call kids voids that can continue to consume it could be taken as food but not in this case – I’m saying in reference to content
They’re the ones that could and do the most surfing in the internet.
Mainly thanks to social media but not to everyone.
When you consume enough you eventually get to the point where you’re able to produce – the same applies online
Watching and reading enough preps you for being able to do the same in a mirror effect.
Here’s a clip I’ll share for better understanding:
The part about technology applies even more in today’s times.
As information becomes more available the opportunity to reach your destination quicker comes too.
Kids have more free time in that area the younger they are so it proves to be true.
It’s not the time spent doing what you’re set a payment for doing that determines success – and money isn’t always success
The time spent outside of what you’re expected to do is the defining factor.
That’s the void I’m getting at and having the opportunity to spend time with more creatives rub off eventually.
Final thoughts
So kids are so creative because they’re the parents they have but remixed.
They’re still individuals that take the most opportunities to consume content.
And the creativity they display is shown the most because of the energy they have – mainly thanks to their high production rate
I cared too much what others thought earlier on than I would’ve like to happen.
That’s a trait I would’ve corrected much earlier on in my life – and that’s all I’ll say about my younger self
But that’s why children are so creative.
