What’s the first impression you want to give people?
The first is that I’m self aware.
I’ll be treating them the same way I would expect to be treated back.
At the same time I also want them to feel as if I’m not afraid to be different.
And that they can do the same too.
I’m reasonable in a sense where everyone in this interaction is able to make mistakes and do things they’ll learn from later.
If need be we can work together and actually be productive.
