Persistence Adds To Your Power (6 Benefits It Brings Explained)

Here’s my case for the statement ‘Persistence Adds To Your Power’

Persistence Adds To Your Power

Persistence adds to your power and provides these benefits:

  • Building character
  • Improving Skills
  • Developing Resilience
  • Achieving Goals
  • Coping With Stress
  • Inspiring Others

Building Character

Building character comes along with persistence because it shapes your identity in adversity.

Having experience builds character and if that’s believed let’s also agree that persistence makes you battle tested.

Improving Skills

Your skills get improved again with having experiences or moments better yet that allow you to test what you learned.

It actually takes less skill than how it’s portrayed but it still makes things beneficial.

Why Resilience Makes You Powerful

Resilience means you always find a way.

That might not be a specific superpower that you see get captured on the big screen but it’s still effective nonetheless.

Having that It Factor will have you be and remain a threat because whoever will know you will be back.

There’s a few fictional characters I can think of that would fit and embody this thought better.

Achieving Goals

Achieving goals is yet another byproduct of just being persistent.

Most things that are worth doing usually takes more than 1 try just to get it right.

Someone’s right if they tell you “it takes more than setting goals” just to achieve them.

So many people think there’s a secret to this but it’s a matter of putting more action behind claims.

What about being persistent helps to Cope With Stress

Failure in general can be considered stressful – but when you add persistence to the equation EVERYTHING CHANGES

Being persistent takes adjustments in expectation of having a more improved result.

Nobody likes having to do something over that brings stress – maybe go to the gym but that’s about it

Inspiring Others

Nothing seems to match the inspiration that comes from persistent people.

When they’re determined to get something done it usually happens.

There’s not many people that seem to know there’s only a few things being prioritized on a mass scale.

What that means is being successful in predictably popular areas of life becomes the cheese in a rat race.

There’s a good reason entrepreneurs who built fortune seem more inspiring than people who only inherit it.

And that’s especially if they triumphed over failure on the way.
