What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
Going for light jogs and walk with the dog quickly became one of my favorite forms of physical exercise.
It’s enjoyable for both of us when we need some exercise and much needed outside time.
The dog that I’m walking often is a teddy-poo breed.
A light dog that’s under 30 pounds.
He has plenty of area to enjoy with it being the property of a 10 acre stack of land that I also happen to manage.
His toilet training is going well with him communicating when it’s time to go.

The benefits of morning walks with your dog
I never take the time to reflect on the actual health benefits of taking on the task of walking your dog.
Not that I feel my calories are of concern but going for these walks are good burning calories and joint health.
I may take that for granted but it’s a good feeling to jump around and run with your dog freely.
