What’s the biggest risk you’d like to take — but haven’t been able to?
I would like to live in a fairly bright area with opportunity to grow.
Be in a neighborhood with attractive nuances that could bring more business.
It would be allowing myself to personally help improve the state of an economy in another city.
Does Neighborhood Reputation Matter for Homeowners
This is a serious question that I immediately had to ask myself when it came to reflecting on my answer.
I believe that an area’s reputation matters because of perception.
It brings me back to an earlier article I made focusing on Long Beach California’s neighborhoods.
That might not be a specific area I would want to start out with but I’ve enjoyed moments on the west coast.
If somebody else were to be vocal about positive experiences in areas it could change things completely.
I believe it could be a benefit to the area thanks to these positive reviews.
The most important still holds true today with word-of-mouth.
Things would also have to improve in terms of financial restructure.
Identifying problems in the community and then making sure improvements to areas of interest.
