There’s a struggle that I go through and I’m sure I’m not the only one dealing with it.
It’s the face of trying to save it.
To make it simpler it deals with acting one way in public but also having another voice inside your head saying a completely different thing.

I was first gonna say that the voice inside your head was the right one but that’s not necessarily the case all the time.
It’s a problem because it can hold you back in the middle of an important thought you’re trying to explain or even dissect.
What it ultimately does is downgrade your stats as far as communicating is concerned and confidence overall.
I have a make that’s scheduled to drop for better visual you can find on my Instagram page here.
The way I address internal conflict
If there’s ever an internal conflict that I’m dealing with in the moment I address it with slowing things up.
Take that as literal you need to.
I’ll slow up the way I talk…
Switch up my scenery to something that’s even more slow paced for a chance to get the rest of my mentality in sync.
Most people have this issue because they’re trying to keep up with a lifestyle that someone else is designing.
When you make that sacrifice it makes a compromise that’s just not worth it when you finally break things down.
It’s a blessing you have to identify if you’re lucky enough to even experience it.
Not everybody has the luxury of making their own adjustments when it comes to living a life completely on their terms.
At its core that’s what internal conflict is.
There’s an issue with getting your external to match your internal feelings as well.
The most common type of internal conflict for a creative to deal with
There’s extra comfort in being able to discuss specifically what problems that real creatives deal with.
The confidence comes from loving the lifestyle for so long and experience with adversity when it comes to proper response.
One of our biggest and most common issues is wanting to know what others will think.
Creative or not – to some degree humans in general care what other people think
It’s perfectly normal if you ask me and it only turns into an issue if it gets as far as not being able to produce.
Add in the factor of social media and things only get worse.
There’s more of a space for people to have an opinion and even get it to travel on a large scale.
That could produce anxiety in some of the most secure people you’ll ever meet.
Criticism is an inevitable fate that every person will deal with.
It’s actually a layer of skin that I feel every person should learn to develop early on in life.
