I wanna address the scenario of where being compliant is mistaken for being soft.
It’s important that I do this because it could really help somebody who may feel out of place for doing what they’re supposed to.
There’s so many directions we could with this topic.

Being compliant seems to be a general mismatch of reasons to make fun of someone that’s disciplined.
It’s flat out dealing with people who don’t have proper guidance mocking those that have people willing to show it.
It gets to me at times because I think of the future and how that could affect the generations ahead.
We shouldn’t have people that listen to others dedicated to serving them be chastised by anybody.
What compliance really is
I see compliance as being a sign of being capable..
Capable of what you may ask and I would tell you that you’re cooperative and coachable.
It’s one of the most important qualities that you could have if you actually want to be part of whatever team or program you see.
Break it down to a simpler lens and it’ll make even more sense.
There’s a program you want to be an affiliate of.
They have something you want or participate in activities that you could see yourself doing.
You might not know their system or principles that they live by in order to sustain that lifestyle but that’s where compliance comes into play.
You’ll choose to be compliant as a way to prove loyalty and commitment with the team you’re looking to join.
The danger of being overly compliant
Let me be clear in making my stance on that being overly compliant is one of the biggest mistakes of your want more out of life.
Over compliance leads to a diminished sense of identity.
That’s not necessarily the main danger but it’s a big deal breaker for someone like myself.
I see it as where tired not able to bring your own opinions and thoughts to the table.
You might as well consider yourself completely at the mercy of the leader or even the gang as a whole.
There’s a militant attitude that I personally don’t care to have in this specific scenario.
