This character from My Hero Academia is the main and always came across as a wimp to me but I’m sure that was intended.
Why is Deku a vigilante?
Deku was being too noble, selfless, and caring.
The disadvantages of being overly noble
If we break down the meaning of being noble it’s bring upright or maybe righteous. I grew into discovering a life truth in understanding that too much of anything can be bad.
If being too selfless hurts
Being too selfless hurts to keep it simple – and it’s because you are sacrificing your own joy for the sake of others.
Caring too much doesn’t get what you want
When you care too much about people it doesn’t reciprocate energy which should be a goal in all relationships.
