I’ll be discussing why power: book 2 stopped.
why did power: book 2 stop?
Power: Book 2 stopped because shows that sick around for a while get expensive to produce. The Starz network had to do what’s necessary to prioritize new projects for future TV productions.
Aging shows get expensive to produce
When TV shows get further in production cost eventually becomes an issue.
It’s realistic to believe that higher production costs could be the single culprit for why they’re so expensive to make.
I confirmed that shows get more expensive because as the seasons do well actors want higher pay and studios get more expensive.

That reference to The Big Bang Theory helped put things in perspective.
When you consider that there’s actors earning a million dollars per episode it only makes sense it would happen to Power.
There’s not necessarily a solution to this scenario because I don’t think it’s a problem.
Good work should be compensated properly and it’s only natural to want a better production with each run.
Maybe scaling on your accountants would be the best response.
