The Professional Athletes I Respect Most And Why

MLB players. They have the longest season out of all professional athletes with only the second longest time spent playing per game to NFL athletes. The respect comes from having the consistency and patience to complete an entire season.

Take in to account all of the factors needed to be successful in the sport and it won’t be tough to see why MLB players deserve respect.

Their work ethic and dedication on a professional level at the time of me writing this feels second to none.

Season Length

MLB seasons last about six months on average to make it the longest out of all professional leagues.

It’s one thing to have a season extended for so long but also having to squeeze in over 162 games only adds to the toughness.

Professional Baseball Characteristics

On top of the pure athleticism that some baseball players have to posses for success there’s also practical skills as well.

Some of my favorite and admirable qualities that’s worth praising is having quick decision making skills and a sense of leadership too.
